Pincus Elevator is one of the largest independent family-owned companies in the Tri-State area. 

Founded in 1953 by Gerald Pincus, the company’s philosophy has always been great customer service and reliability. We provide 24-hour service to limit the amount of time your elevator is down and provide same day service. 

Once the business was bought by Matt Pincus in 1985, he expanded the company outside of Philadelphia into Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. From the start of the company, we have always been a big believer in providing non-proprietary equipment which allows our customers a lot of freedom and choices when it comes to elevator service. 

We also put a big emphasis on safety for all technicians as well as for our customers. Now with the 3rd generation entering the business, we strive to keep the same philosophy as when the company started in 1953. 

Here at Pincus, we provide installation, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance. We will work on any make or model of elevator equipment. Being one of the few family-owned independent companies left, we can provide personalized customer service and solutions for your building’s elevator.
