Gerald Pincus’ dream became reality in 1953 with the founding of Pincus Elevator Co. Great customer service, quality, and reliability became our hallmarks. Pincus Elevator Co. started by installing and maintaining elevators throughout the city of Philadelphia, eventually expanding its territory to include Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. As the business expanded, the company relocated to a new headquarters with an office, shop, and warehouse in West Chester, PA.

In 1985, Gerald’s son, Matthew, purchased the company and assumed the helm from his father.
