The end of 2023 marks Pincus Elevators’ 70th year in business.
In each of those 70 years, we provided top-quality elevator service and upgrades to all our customers.
As we wrap up yet another successful year, we would like to reflect on everything we accomplished as a company this year.
We have actively participated in many industry groups, such as the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA), Building industry Association (BIA), Jewish Federation Real Estate Group (JFRE), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC).
Through many of those organizations we were able to lobby in Harrisburg for the multi-family industry and, in 2023, successfully kill bills that would have greatly affected the industry. We take a lot of pride in being active members of these organizations and cannot wait to continue our memberships in 2024.
We also had the privilege of sponsoring a local little league team. The Pincus Pirates of the East Side Little League had a great season this year!
This holiday season we had partnered up with the Salvation Army of West Chester where Pincus and its employees provided six families with gifts for the holiday season.
Over the entire year we have successfully completed many elevator modernizations this year, most notably some of our largest being Place One Apartments & Timberlake Apartments with Morgan Properties.
We successfully completed many New Elevator Installations, working with a lot of different developers through the tri state area. Some recently completed installations include Wade Flats Apartments with the Spak Group and 1810 Venango with Stronghold Construction.
Over the entire year we have performed monthly and quarterly maintenance on over 800 elevator units. Along with the many repairs and safety upgrades we provided for our customers.
We also continued keeping safety a top priority in 2023 with our quarterly safety meetings for our employees! We know the importance of safety, always being top of mind for our employees and customers.
Lastly, we celebrated our 70th year in business!
We wouldn’t be anywhere without our loyal customers keeping us in business over the years.
We thank each one of our customers for their dedication, patience, and cooperation as we get the job done.
