Our customer service is so strong we think we can keep you on our merits, not by installing something no one else can service. Is that a stupid business decision on our part? Look. You have to have the best and you have to provide the safest elevator service to your tenants, your company, your riders that you possibly can. The flip side of that fact is that we need to be the best. And we think we provide that. Your users never think about what any elevator operator often thinks about and what we always think about: is the service reliable and safe? Your maintenance contract is an agreement that we will keep thinking about this—so it almost never occurs to your riders. What could be more straightforward and reliable than an elevator? That’s the way we want your riders to think.
